mkcard.sh script is moved to b2qt-build-scripts, so that
deployment of images is not dependent on the toolchain.

Do not try to use kpartx when discovering partitions.
This gave false errors when kpartx was not installed, and
failed to create partition when it was installed.

The mkcard.sh script can be used to initialize memory card,
so that rootfs and boot files can be copied to it.
Creates two partitions, fat and ext3, named boot and rootfs
respectively.
