Checkout the D3 specific version in a different directory, so that all Reneasas boards can be supported. renesas-rcar-gen3 repo has been updated with D3 drivers from D3_Linux_2.23.01_BSP_3D BSP package. Additionally we must check with Renesas how we could redistribute prebuilt images if we want to do that.
