u-boot-fslc-mxsboot: Rework recipe to build with U-Boot 2017.09
- Use the same EXTRA_OEMAKE and do_compile task that u-boot-mkimage
from OE-Core
- Rework do_install task
- Recipe depends only of openssl, no need to append DEPENDS variable
