linux-qoriq: Unify recipe for QorIQ ARM and QorIQ PPC
* update linux-qoriq recipe to support both QorIQ ARM and QorIQ PPC
* move PREFERRED_PROVIDER_virtual/linux to qoriq-base.inc
* remove linux-ls1 recipes
