fmc: udpate to 09a497f
*update to lsdk 1809 tag
include the following changes:
09a497f - Makefile: enable PPC support
ba9ed3b - Remove fmc data file on cleanup command
a3e83b6 - Added fmc option to perform only cleanup of last fmc execution
* add EXTRA_OEMAKE_PLATFORM_qoriq-ppc to support ppc
