isp-imx: Upgrade 4.2.2.16.0 -> 4.2.2.18.0
- Drop the dependency on Python
- Incorporate the patch 0001-start_isp.sh-fix-NR_DEVICE_TREE_BASLER-variable.patch (ca1cc9966)
- Update to libtinyxml2 9
