set BB_DANGLINGAPPENDS_WARNONLY as true
a ppc specific patch for luajit (exist in mete-oe) was moved to this
layer recently. set BB_DANGLINGAPPENDS_WARNONLY as true for the
situation where meta-oe was not pulled in.
