linux-fslc(-lts-4.19): add USB_PRINTER and USB_SERIAL_PL2303 to defconfig
* USB-printer can be considered as common use case
* PL2303 are used in USB -> RS232 converters from Athen. These can also be
considered as commonly used (we have dozens in our company)
