linux-fslc-lts: backport config patches from upstream
Yocto Kernel config sanity check throws warning on following config
options that are not present in the tree, but still resides in the
defconfig:
- CONFIG_ARCH_AGILEX
- CONFIG_ARCH_N5X
- CONFIG_POWER_AVS
Backport following patches to address those erroneous confg options:
