tinycompress: Upgrade to v1.2.5
This update the recipe from meta-imx, commit 1d374aff75 ("tinycompress:
Upgrate tinycompress version to v1.2.5 [YOCIMX-6591]").
This also fixes the SRC_URI URL using https:// instead of git:// which
is necessary in some environments.
