Syslinux options are introduced in machine-specific headers in order to assemble correct extlinux.conf file. Drop the pre-build step proceedure which was sanitizing version suffix from the DDR firmware name. Deploy additional u-boot.itb file that is required to be packed into the raw boot partition. Introduce the patch to correct generated node names (drop unit address fields and replace with names-only).
