One good consequence of this change is that the built artifacts are controlled by the Linux build system itself and its path is now exported in STAGING_KERNEL_BUILDDIR variable. However, none of them are listed as build dependencies for non-X11 distros. In this case, skip packaging libGL, so that it doesn't cause unexpected dependency changes in buildhistory.
