	-Upgrade license chksum to v16 EULA Bugfixes: -VORBIS_Wrapper/VORBIS_DEC: add error handler Some fuzzy bitstream will cause segmentfault as error handler is not correct. -Fix wma10_dec's Segmentation fault in performance test Segmentation fault occurs when decoding several streams in performance test.
