wtmpdb: fix installed-vs-shipped build error
wtmpdb installs a PAM plugin in "${base_libdir}/security/pam_wtmpdb.so".
This path is not in default FILES.
Add this path to FILES:${PN} to fix this error:

Please set FILES such that these items are packaged. Alternatively if they are unneeded, avoid installing them or delete them within do_install.
