* doesn't use autotools.bbclass which removes infodir automatically
* fixes QA warning:
lzip-1.14: The /usr/share/info/dir file is not meant to be shipped in a particular package.

Changes:
- rename SUMMARY with length > 80 to DESCRIPTION
- rename DESCRIPTION with length < 80 to (non present tag) SUMMARY
- drop final point character at the end of SUMMARY string
- remove trailing whitespace of SUMMARY line

Older versions are available in .tar.lz format from the official source but that
would cause a circular dependency on lzip-native if the host doesn't already
have lzip. Fortunately the file we need is available from FreeBSD's distfiles.
