There is new patch-status QA check in oe-core:
https://git.openembedded.org/openembedded-core/commit/?id=76a685bfcf927593eac67157762a53259089ea8a
This is temporary work around just to hide _many_ warnings from
optional patch-status (if you add it to WARN_QA).
This just added
Upstream-Status: Pending
everywhere without actually investigating what's the proper status.
This is just to hide current QA warnings and to catch new .patch files being
added without Upstream-Status, but the number of Pending patches is now terrible:

6 (50%) meta-perl

Since systemd v246.5[1], udev_monitor_set_receive_buffer_size() will
return 0 or 1 if successful. We only need to check a negative value for
the failure.

The multipath-tools libdmmp/Makefile install target uses 'perl -i' instead
of 'sed -i' for string substitutions. The perl method creates a temporary file
and overwrites the original which changes the inodes and corrupts the pseudo
db. Changes to pseduo cause a build abort rather than allow possible bad
ownership or permissions settings on the files. 'sed -i' is compatible
with pseudo.

When upgrading multipath, the following patch was accidently
wrongly rebased, leaving set_value not declared in parser.h
and resulting in segfault when running 'multipath' and 'multipathd'.
0027-RH-warn-on-invalid-regex-instead-of-failing.patch
So fix things up and add the declaration back.

No particular reason for updating besides following upstream.
Only kpartx has been tested after updating! Seems to work as before;
unfortunately that means that as in 0.5.0, "kpartx -d" doesn't do
anything.
Upstream refreshed the COPYING file, hence the checksum change:
$ git log --oneline 0.5.0..HEAD COPYING
bf05f63 multipath-tools: replace COPYING with a fresh copy from gnu.org
1d6c88a Update FSF address
The QA error that do-not-link-libmpathpersist-to-TMPDIR.patch fixes
no longer occurs because upstream changed that particular part of
the Makefile.
A new patch is needed to avoid building libcheckerrdb, which depends
on the (currently) unavailable librados.
The other patches had to be refreshed.

When -pie is in CFLAGS, it overrides the -shared compiler
flag, leading to link errors (undefined main) for shared
objects. Parameters must be ordered so that -shared comes
last.
