WoA firmware, fonts and some other useful files are being distributed as
a Microsoft cabinet files. Add recipes for the cabextract utility, which
is used to extract such files.
Cabextract can either use a bundled source tree for libmspack library or
an externally provided library. Package the library separately in order
to be able to share it with the meta-security layer.

An out-of-bounds stack write flaw was found in unixODBC on 64-bit
architectures where the caller has 4 bytes and callee writes 8 bytes.
This issue may go unnoticed on little-endian architectures, while
big-endian architectures can be broken.

A tag was previously passed which needs a network access to identify the
exact SRCREV (SHA1). This network access breaks mirror testing and is
generaly not considered a good practice. See errors at [0].
Thus, a full SHA hash is being passed. Please have a look at [1]
for further information on the use of SRCREV.

hddtemp po files lack the Language header and it is derived from
Language-Team header. This process fails for FR and DE locals and an
empty default is used... but reproducibility test has shown that
sometime it succeeds[0].
Fix this non-reproducibility by forcing the Language header to the
correct value.

Changelog:
=============
- Above modern bindings are activated also when the name of nano's
executable (or a symlink to it) starts with the letter "e".
- To open a file at a certain line number, one can now use also
'nano filename:number', besides 'nano +number filename'.
- <Alt+Home> and <Alt+End> put the cursor on the first and last
row in the viewport, while retaining the horizontal position.
- When the three digits in an #RGB color code are all the same,
the code is mapped to the xterm grey scale, giving access to
fourteen levels of grey instead of just four.
- For easier access, M-" is bound to placing/removing an anchor,
and M-' to jumping to the next anchor.
- Whenever an error occurs, the keystroke buffer is cleared, thus
stopping the execution of a macro or a string bind.
- The mousewheel scrolls the viewport instead of moving the cursor.
