Lets add the basic AM62Axx-evm configuration.
- Add configurations.
- Add firmware overrides.
- Add u-boot overrides.
- Add tifs-lpm-stub.
- Add cnm-wave-fw.

This platform is similar to the currently supported am62xx-evm, except
that we currently need new defconfigs for u-boot and new dtbs in the
filesystem.

This firmware stub is required by the TI foundational security
software while transitioning to low power mode.
