Update the conditions that generate the CMAKE_SYSTEM_PROCESSOR to incorporate these two new tunes. Moreover, some additional cflags (-DARMR5 -DARMR52) are needed to compile Cortex R52 specific boot code in embeddedsw. Update the same.
