qemuboot: Fix build error if UNINATIVE_LOADER is unset

I got this error on current master:

Exception: AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'startswith'

Do nothing if "val" is None, which may happen for k = "UNINATIVE_LOADER".
