* bitbake: toastergui: verify that an existing layer path is givenMarta Rybczynska2023-12-201-6/+7
| | | | | | | | | | | | | Verify that an existing layer path was given when adding a new layer. Manually using the shell for globbing is unnecessary, use the glob function instead for cleaner code. * bitbake: toaster: Added validation to stop import if there is a build in ↵Marlon Rodriguez Garcia2023-12-162-1/+13
| | | | | | | | | | | | | progress Added validation to prevent simultaneous imports from running because the database fails at runtime. The option to create a queue was taken into consideration. However, it will require the use of Celery https://pypi.org/project/celery/ or Background Task https://pypi.org/project/django-background-tasks/ which require the use of external services and multiple dependencies. If required we could explore the alternative in the future. * bitbake: toaster: Commandline build import table improvementsMarlon Rodriguez Garcia2023-12-133-1/+13
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | Added dataTables library to include sorting and pagination for table element Added jquery.dataTables to customize table rendering in section "Import eventlogs". This library includes the following: sorting, pagination, search and CSS styles. Default to ascending order and 50 builds per page. * bitbake: toaster: Added new feature to import eventlogs from command line ↵Marlon Rodriguez Garcia2023-12-127-5/+422
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | into toaster using replay functionality Added a new button on the base template to access a new template. Added a model register the information on the builds and generate access links Added a form to include the option to load specific files Added jquery and ajax functions to block screen and redirect to build page when import eventlogs is trigger Added a new button on landing page linked to import build page, and set min-height of buttons in landing page for uniformity Removed test assertion to check command line build in content, because new button contains text Updated toaster_eventreplay to use library Fix test in test_layerdetails_page Rebased from master This feature uses the value from the variable BB_DEFAULT_EVENTLOG to read the files created by bitbake Exclude listing of files that don't contain the allvariables definitions used to replay builds This part of the feature should be revisited. Over a long period of time, the BB_DEFAULT_EVENTLOG will exponentially increase the size of the log file and cause bottlenecks when importing. * bitbake: toaster: import only used layersDavid Reyna2023-08-301-1/+1
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | If you import a build directory, Toaster still adds openembedded-core, meta-poky and meta-yocto-bsp to the newly created project. Toaster should only be including in the project the layers that it imported. * bitbake: toaster: Fix IMAGE_INSTALL issues with _append vs :appendRichard Purdie2022-03-111-8/+8
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | After the override syntax change, toaster isn't working correctly. This is because it uses IMAGE_INSTALL_append instead of IMAGE_INSTALL:append. This tweaks the code accordingly to fix this. I have a suspicion that exiting toaster databases may struggle with the change and there are some migration steps missing for the whole overrides syntax change step. * bitbake: lib: amend code to use proper singleton comparisons where possibleFrazer Clews2020-01-192-11/+11
| | | | | | | | | | | amend the code to handle singleton comparisons properly so it only checks if they only refer to the same object or not, and not bother comparing the values. * bitbake: toaster: issues in import layer when clicking 'add layer'David Reyna2019-10-021-2/+10
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | There were three issues in this one bug. 1) The Add Layer button allows empty layers 2) The internal XHR URL was wrong, which caused a hidden AJAX error and did not correctly complete the action nor disable the button after an add. 3) There was a race condition between typing in the dependent layer select text box (which would normally disable the add button), and the typeahead pull-down selection (which would normally enable the add button). This forced the user to select the typedahead layer twice. * bitbake: bitbake: Strip old editor directives from file headersRichard Purdie2019-05-046-18/+0

* bitbake: bitbake: Drop duplicate license boilerplace textRichard Purdie2019-05-049-110/+0
| | | | | | | | | | With the introduction of SPDX-License-Identifier headers, we don't need a ton of header boilerplate in every file. Simplify the files and rely on the top level for the full licence text. (Bitbake rev: 695d84397b68cc003186e22f395caa378b06bc75) Signed-off-by: Richard Purdie <richard.purdie@linuxfoundation.org>
* bitbake: bitbake: Add initial pass of SPDX license headers to source codeRichard Purdie2019-05-0412-0/+30
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | This adds the SPDX-License-Identifier license headers to the majority of our source files to make it clearer exactly which license files are under. The bulk of the files are under GPL v2.0 with one found to be under V2.0 or later, some under MIT and some have dual license. There are some files which are potentially harder to classify where we've imported upstream code and those can be handled specifically in later commits. The COPYING file is replaced with LICENSE.X files which contain the full license texts. * bitbake: toaster: custom image enable layer add, protect pre-cloned layersDavid Reyna2018-10-044-3/+21
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | When creating custom image recipes, the layer add for new layers needs missing xhrLayerUrl data. Also, code is needed to check and inform user if the newly added layer has not been cloned yet, and provide helpful error message instead of the current frozen dialog. | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | Enable the ability to select an existing build directory into Toaster. This opens to the user the backend features of 12823, for command line user compatibility. Enable the ability to select saving Toaster settings in the regular "bblayers.conf" and "local.conf" instead of the default "toaster_bblayers.conf" and "toaster.conf". This opens to the user the backend features of 12821, for command line user compatibility. * bitbake: toaster/layerdetails.js: don't hide local layer infoAwais Belal2018-08-281-1/+2
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | The local layer info (provided through custom fixtures) should not be hidden. It is better to handle it in the same manner as an imported layer, otherwise the layer path and dependency info is not shown. The layer editing fields are handled in the html side of things appropriately so this does not harm that implementation. * bitbake: toastergui/newproject.html: fix release divsAwais Belal2018-08-281-2/+2
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | The release drop down divs are not being closed appropriately, which showed adverse reactions on the UI that aligned the "Create project" button with the left edge of the screen without any margins. This fixes these divs which in turn aligns the button appropriately. * bitbake: toaster/widgets.py: avoid divide by zero issuesAwais Belal2018-08-281-7/+12
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | There can be cases where the variables being used to divide in build percentage expressions can be zero. For example, a setup consisting of only local repos will have repos_to_clone=0 and will generate a divide by zero scenario. Fix this by checking the divisor in such cases.
