However for native builds we don't care about the test suite and should be explicitly disabling it. This stops glib-2.0-native trying to build the test suite that we'll never execute. 	Many GNOME packages are using their InstalledTests pattern, where the test suite can be trivially installed. To avoid repeating the same logic over and over, add a class to encapsulate this.
