This patch updates the source against the 2013.10-rc2 release; this also renames the u-boot-mxsboot recipe to u-boot-fslc-mxsboot so it makes it clear that it is based on u-boot-fslc version. The license checksum has changes as U-Boot now uses SPDX Unique License Identifiers (eca3aeb Licenses: introduce SPDX Unique Lincense Identifiers).
