	- Removed the Cython patch, which is no longer relevant as Legacy IE python API has been removed: https://github.com/openvinotoolkit/openvino/commit/a561a2a484049cc63fd0959646ef5c1cb8f3c2e6 - Remove cython dependency as well from recipe - Remove the switch disabling MLAS support. It's enabled by default.
