jdom: unblacklist and update to v1.1.3
- Add SUMMARY and expand DESCRIPTION
- Add LIC_FILES_CHECKSUM
- Move SRC_URI checksums to recommended location in recipe
- Add virtual/javac-native to DEPENDS for RSS
