ddrescue: upgrade 1.25 -> 1.26
License-Update: delete a space at the beginning of some comments

* command_mode.cc, io.cc, loggers.cc: Missing '#include <algorithm>'.
* ddrescue.texi: Improve description of algorithm.
* check.sh: A POSIX shell is required to run the tests.
