tracker: upgrade 3.3.3 -> 3.4.0
Highlighted changes since 3.3.0:
* Added tracker_sparql_connection_deserialize_async() API
to deserialize RDF content.
* Library is no built monolithically, Vala dependency is removed
* Improved performance of database updates
