* hiredis: Upgrade 1.2.0 -> 1.3.0 to allow CMake 4+ compatibilityAlper Ak2025-07-091-2/+1
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | Changelog: https://github.com/redis/hiredis/releases/tag/v1.3.0 Fix: | CMake Error at CMakeLists.txt:1 (CMAKE_MINIMUM_REQUIRED): | Compatibility with CMake < 3.5 has been removed from CMake. | | Update the VERSION argument <min> value. Or, use the <min>...<max> syntax | to tell CMake that the project requires at least <min> but has been updated | to work with policies introduced by <max> or earlier. | | Or, add -DCMAKE_POLICY_VERSION_MINIMUM=3.5 to try configuring anyway. | | | -- Configuring incomplete, errors occurred! * meta-openembedded/all: adapt to UNPACKDIR changesAlexander Kanavin2025-06-251-1/+0
| | | | | | | | | | | | | Please see https://git.yoctoproject.org/poky/commit/?id=4dd321f8b83afecd962393101b2a6861275b5265 for what changes are needed, and sed commands that can be used to make them en masse. I've verified that bitbake -c patch world works with these, but did not run a world build; the majority of recipes shouldn't need further fixups, but if there are some that still fall out, they can be fixed in followups. * hiredis: set rdepends on virtual-redisYi Zhao2025-03-111-1/+1
| | | | | | | | | | | Now hiredis can be used not only with Redis, but also with Valkey, an open source key/value datastore that is fully compatible with Redis. As Redis changed its license, many users have switched to Valkey. Add RPROVIDES virtual-redis in both redis and valkey, and set it as the runtime dependency of hiredis. * hiredis: add ptestPeter Bergin2023-05-232-3/+26
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | Use internal test from hiredis project as ptest. If ptest is in DISTRO_FEATURES tests are enabled default but can be handled individually through PACKAGECONFIG. Test config 'testssl' requires 'ssl' option but is not enabled default as the redis recipe does not build it with ssl support. Tested on qemux86_64 and qemuarm64. * hiredis: change dependency to redisPeter Bergin2023-05-231-1/+2
| | | | | | | | | | hiredis package builds fine without the dependency to redis. Using hiredis on target without redis is quite useless and instead adding redis as a run-time dependency. * hiredis: add cmake config file for pkgconfigPeter Bergin2021-06-112-1/+119
| | | | | | | | | | | | | In order to be able to use pkgconfig and find_package in cmake the file HiredisConfig.cmake need to be present in sysroot. This commit adds a patch from Ubuntu/Debian that fixes this. As build system for version 0.14 of Hiredis is Makefile based this is not possible to upstream. In later Hiredis the build system is CMake based and this is fixed. Signed-off-by: Peter Bergin <peter@berginkonsult.se> Signed-off-by: Khem Raj <raj.khem@gmail.com>

* hiredis: Add recipeMarian Pritsak2017-06-142-0/+53
Hiredis is a C client library for Redis database. Hiredis does not use autotools, but plane Makefile instead, so few changes had to be made, including removing hard coded compiler, setting INSTALL to 'cp -r' to to avoid host user comtamination QA issue, and setting PREFIX to ${prefix} instead of default /usr/local.
