linux-yocto: enable ecryptfs
Build ecryptfs as module. Needed by userspace counterparts in
ecryptfs-utils which are currently failing to start correctly
and thus downgrading systemd boot status from RUNNING to DEGRADED.
Fix is to build and install the kernel module.
