\| \| \| \| \| \| \| \| \| \| \| \|	2.0.0 is released, and contains many of the patches we've been carrying for 1.x. With this updated, we drop upstream backports (and submitted patches), and refresh on patch. Otherwise, everything is the same. Sanity tested on x86-64.
