xf86-video-armsoc: Remove the recipe for xf86-video-armsocthud
meta-openembedded holds xf86-video-armsoc recipe, meta-xilinx need not
have the same. Also, move the patches to a bbappend file, so that it can
be used by any xf86-video-armsoc recipe.
