lopper: Update srcrev for 2023.1

lopper: assists: baremetal_xparameters_xlnx: Add support for generating
NUMBER_OF_SLRS define
lopper: assists: baremetallinker_xlnx: For memory tests configuration
default memory should be ocm if available
