vdu vcu: Remove COMPATIBLE_MACHINE, set PACKAGE_ARCH uniformly
Since each of these recipes uses MACHINE_FEATURES...
...we no longer should be using COMPATIBLE_MACHINE.
...we should be setting PACKAGE_ARCH = MACHINE_ARCH.
