boards/common/zynq-7-base.dtsi: Updated for 'xlnx_3.8' kernel
* Updated various nodes with newer properties and clock information
* Fixed up compatible properties for some nodes
* Refactored out some board specific properties
* Cleaned up some style inconsistency
