u-boot-xlnx: Use 'u-boot-dtb.img' for Zynq
* 'u-boot-dtb.img' is the name of the Payload that U-Boot SPL expects
for Zynq
* Prepare for compatibility for future versions where Zynq will use
U-Boot DTBs
