af_th: add Enable/Disable DPDK chapter
- Add Enable / Disable DPDK section
- Add configuring interface in standard and sriov mode
- Replace PCI address with interface name, e.g. '0000:03:00.2' with 'enp4s0f1
- Update doc version to 2.2.2
