Rebased patch
* 0001-Remove-OOM-tests-from-runtest-mm.patch
* Updated copying (reduced files in 5eff445d4 ("Reduce LICENCE/COPYING files"))
* Updated removed musl incompatible files in
remove_broken_musl_sources() (process.c was removed in 926d3b906
("sched: Remove process.c")), also update link to CI file.
