Modify the django settings to make cache, logs and databases save
to a configurable directory with TOASTER_DJANGO_TMPDIR instead of
the machine root level /tmp directory.
In addition, add this variable to the passthroughs for tox.
This change is made to facilitate cleaning test files for runs on
the autobuilder and avoid errors involving the persisted database.

Fixes "2efb14648 toaster: Monitoring - implement Django logging system" when
running in a container.
When running in a container, the previous approach of using BASE_DIR
is not a writable path. Also, we really do not want to be writing logs into
the source tree, as the BASE_DIR was resolving to bitbake/lib/toaster/logs
Since Toaster is only ever running in an environment where oe-init-buildenv
or similar has been sourced, we should instead write the logs to BUILDDIR.
Using BUILDDIR to logs make path writable but django-log-viewer does'nt manage
to write logs using an absolute path as BUILDDIR, where the existing toaster_ui.log
was already being written.
Also drop the /logs/ directory, as it has not been created which also breaks
in a container environment
To handle the constraints linked to django-log-viewer and /logs/, we've updated
bitbake/bin/toaster to create a toaster_logs/ directory in BUILDDIR if it doesn't exist,
when toaster starts up.
Also manage to set BUILDDIR/toaster_logs/ as default location for toaster logs.

If you import a build directory, Toaster still adds openembedded-core,
meta-poky and meta-yocto-bsp to the newly created project. Toaster
should only be including in the project the layers that it imported.

This adds the SPDX-License-Identifier license headers to the majority of
our source files to make it clearer exactly which license files are under.
The bulk of the files are under GPL v2.0 with one found to be under V2.0
or later, some under MIT and some have dual license. There are some files
which are potentially harder to classify where we've imported upstream code
and those can be handled specifically in later commits.
The COPYING file is replaced with LICENSE.X files which contain the full
license texts.

enhancements and defects.
Here is the primary driving enhancement:
* Bug 12785 - Support Project Specific configuration for external
tools (e.g. ISS, Eclipse)
- Isolated project-specific configuration page (full Toaster context
hidden)
- Support for new project, reconfigure existing project, and import
existing command line project
- Ability to define variables (e.g. image recipe) and pass them back
to external GUI
- Ability to execute the cloning phase, so that external GUI receive
a buildable project
- Ability to call back to the external GUI when updates are completed
and ready
- Compatibility of above projects with the normal full Toaster interface
- Ability to pass to a 'complete' or 'cancel' web page so that the
external GUI can immediately stop that Toaster instance, and not
leave dangling servers nor edit sessions open
Here are the supporting enhancements, where at least the
back end is implemented:
* Bug 12821 - Make Toaster conf changes compatible with command line usage
* Bug 12822 - Support importing user changes to conf files into Toaster
* Bug 12823 - Support importing user build directories into Toaster
* Bug 12824 - Scan imported layers for content so that they are
immediately available
* Bug 12825 - show layer clone item in progress bar
Here are defects fixed:
* Bug 12817 - builddelete.py requires explicit 'add_arguments'
* Bug 12818 - Remove orphaned imported layers when project is deleted
* Bug 12826 - fix imported layer management
* Bug 12819 - build using selected bitbake env, not Toaster's env
* Bug 12820 - Toaster randomizes the layer order in toaster_bblayers.conf

There are four main API deprecations in Django-1.10:
(a) String view arguments to url() must be replaced by
the explicit class reference
(b) New TEMPLATES stucture in settings.py consolidates
TEMPLATE_DIRS, TEMPLATE_CONTEXT_PROCESSORS,
TEMPLATE_LOADERS, TEMPLATE_STRING_IF_INVALID, and
TEMPLATE_DEBUG
(c) patterns() wrapper in url() is removed, with
urlpatterns now a simple list
(d) NoArgsCommand in commands() must be replace by
BaseCommand, and handle_noargs() changed to
handle()
Also, the Django version checker must be updated to accept
two digit sub-version numbers (e.g. "1.8" < "1.10")

The toaster.sqlite database was located in TOASTER_DIR/build. This
meant that if you named your build directory something else (like cow),
Toaster would fail to make/find the database. TOASTER_DIR is on the
whitelist unlike BUILDDIR and we need to be able to write there anyway
given our current layout so this should not disrupt anything.

As of Django 1.8.16, Django is rejecting any HTTP_HOST header that is
not on the ALLOWED_HOST list. We often need to reference the
toaster server via a fqdn, if we start it via webport=0.0.0.0:8000 for
instance, and are hitting the server from a laptop. This change does
reduce the protection from a DNS rebinding attack, however, if you are
running the toaster server outside a protected network, you should be
using the production instance.

The error and warning counts displayed for builds were counts of
the errors and warnings objects associated with a build. Because these
values were being derived on the fly, it was not possible to sort by
them.
Previously, the 3rd party django-aggregate-if library was used to
add aggregate fields to Build objects and should then have been
used to populate the "all builds" and "project builds" tables. However,
at some point the templates had changed so that the error and warning
counts were coming from the properties on the Build model and not from
these aggregates. This meant that it was not possible to sort by these
fields.
Django 1.8 supports conditional aggregates in annotation fields on
querysets. This means we can remove django-aggregate-if, use the new Django
1.8 feature to derive errors_no and warnings_no fields as annotations,
then use those annotation fields in the templates. This makes the "builds"
tables sortable again.

Make the default toaster cache dir unique to the user running
toaster. If we have multiple users running toaster we previously
got a permission denied exception on saving a cache file.

The database URL detection doesn't admit a MySQL URL without a port.
As this is a common case (e.g. you would set the HOST to a mysql.sock
path if pointing at a local MySQL server, with no port setting),
amend the regex so it will correctly recognise paths, as well
as HOST:PORT URLs.

The API for RedirectView is due to change in Django 1.9, which
means that Toaster generates deprecation warnings.
Set the "permanent" flag when constructing RedirectView instances
to prevent this warning.

As both modes can be used at the same time we can't have any
difference in UI between modes.
Removed all conditional statements that used BUILD_MODE.

We set a TOASTER_MANAGED env variable in the startup script,
which has a value of "1" if Toaster should run in build mode.
Add a BUILD_MODE variable to settings.py which is True if
TOASTER_MANAGED is set to "1", False otherwise.
Add this to the context for every template, so we can use this
information to conditionally alter the content of pages
according to the mode we're in.

This patch cleans up the multiple delete. It:
1) skips build id's that don't exist rather than giving a traceback.
2) let you pass in the ids as a space separated list
3) fixes the usage to match the space separated list format

Prompted by issues discovered during running pylint on
the toaster sources, this patch fixes:
* missing import in toaster ui
* improper call of function in toaster ui (logger.debug)
* improper function definitions in bbcontroller
* invalid references to objects in bldcontrol.models
* proper initialization of object fields in ToasterTables
Also inhibiting specific pylint errors in files where
the problems are mis-identified.

When using sqlite we sometimes see Database Locked exceptions when we
fire off database calls asynchronously from the UI. We need sqlite to
wait a bit longer for the lock to be released.
n.b In production setup we hopefully wouldn't be using sqlite.
