These files are not used to build to documentation
and were updated and moved to the "meta-skeleton" layer
(except "mtd-makefile" which is broken and no longer
worth maintaining there, as a recipe for more recent
versions of "mtd-utils" exists).

In order to be able to build this example from anywhere, one needs
to give the relative path from LAYERDIR to the .inc file.
The path is the one for the inc file from openembedded-core.

Changing the folder that holds the YP Reference Manual to be
"ref-manual". This will help with confustion over the manual's
intended purpose.
