There is no need to have two assignments; also setting S from
UNPACKDIR (and not vice versa) is more logical as unpack
task comes first, and tasks that come after unpack use S to access
unpack results.
Also adjust reference test data in selftest/recipeutils to reflect changes in test recipes.

Avoid:
WARNING: systemd-conf-1_1.0-r0 do_unpack: systemd-conf: the directory ${WORKDIR}/${BP}
(tmp/work/genericarm64-poky-linux/systemd-conf/1.0/systemd-conf-1.0) pointed to by
the S variable doesn't exist - please set S within the recipe to point to where the
source has been unpacked to
by using a dedicated unpack directory for sources.

Since we want to be able to stop unpacking to WORKDIR, correct the WORKDIR
references in recipe do_compile/do_install tasks to use UNPACKDIR in the
appropraite places instead.

Support for unmerged-usr is deprecated upstream, taints the system and
has been removed for v255 (next release).
Enforce building merged-usr images when using systemd. This allows one
release cycle where it can be tested for any remaining issue, and can
still be overridden, before it stops working completely.

This is a partial revert of commit 5ace3ada (systemd:
'${systemd_unitdir}/system' => '${systemd_system_unitdir}') where
the string '${systemd_unitdir}/system' matched something other than the
intended directory.

This is the result of automated script conversion:
scripts/contrib/convert-overrides.py <oe-core directory>
converting the metadata to use ":" as the override character instead of "_".
