We have long since obsoleted md5sum in favour of sha256sum. Drop the remaining
56 entries (which were showing many recipes hadn't been touched in a long time).
They all do have the corresponding sha256sum entries as is clear from the diff.

As the URL pypi.python.org simply redirects to pypi.org, simplify a
number of Python recipes by using that URL explicitly.

- The python3-testtools RDEPENDS on it.
- The original one is python-extras_1.0.0.bb which is from meta-openstack
layer, I divided it into python-extras.inc and python3-extras_1.0.0.bb, and
extended to nativesdk.
